Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Manager based in Jarkata, Indonesia. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and managing sales pipelines of Indonesia. This role also involves preparing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with the marketing and product teams to align business goals. Regular reporting on sales performance and ensuring client satisfaction will be critical elements of this position.

Qualifications

  • Experience in construction industry & understand fire safety
  • Proven experience in sales management, business development, and client relationship management
  • Strong understanding of sales forecasting, pipeline management, and market analysis
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet sales targets
