Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage overall LNG plant operations to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable performance.
  2. Oversee daily production activities to meet output, quality, safety, and environmental targets.
  3. Ensure full compliance with company policies, HSE standards, and regulatory requirements.
  4. Drive operational excellence, cost control, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  5. Coordinate with other departments to optimize processes and maintain product quality.
  6. Manage workforce planning, training, and performance of operational staff.
  7. Handle incident response, troubleshooting, and recovery during operational upsets.
  8. Prepare and review regular production and performance reports.

Requirements:

  1. Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  2. In-depth knowledge of LNG or gas processing operations and process safety.
  3. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in a managerial role.
  4. Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Petroleum Engineering.
  5. Certification in Gas Production Operations and NEBOSH or equivalent HSE qualification.
