About the role

Become the Operational Manager at MAHA KARYA GOASAYA', a leading hospitality company in Jakarta Utara, Jakarta Raya (PIK 2). In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our establishment, ensuring efficient and seamless service delivery to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage and coordinate the activities of various operational departments, such as front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage
  2. Develop and implement operational strategies and policies to optimise performance and meet business objectives
  3. Oversee the training and development of staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles
  4. Monitor and analyse operational data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and implement innovative solutions
  6. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
  7. Manage budgets and financial resources effectively to maintain profitability

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar operational management role within the hospitality industry
  2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  4. Proven track record in optimising operational efficiency and improving overall business performance
  5. Proficient in financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation
  6. Familiarity with industry regulations, standards, and best practices
  7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with various stakeholders
