Job Description

As an Operational Manager, you will lead and optimize the company's operational processes, ensuring seamless execution across departments. You will play a key role in efficiency enhancement, team coordination, and operational strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operational activities and ensure business continuity
  • Develop, improve, and implement SOPs and workflows across divisions
  • Monitor operational KPIs and deliver data-driven improvement plans
  • Lead cross-functional coordination to execute strategic initiatives
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery to customers and stakeholders
  • Build, coach, and evaluate team performance to enhance productivity
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and deliver timely solutions
  • Manage and organize project workflows using ClickUp task management system
  • Represent the company in webinars, events, or content creation when required

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Operations, General Management, or related roles.
  • Strong product-oriented mindset, ability to collaborate with product and development teams to enhance delivery & operational quality.
  • Good knowledge of marketing workflows and campaign execution, especially for collaboration with digital marketing teams.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Confident in webinar/presentation content delivery when representing the company.
  • Proficient in ClickUp or other task/project management tools.
  • Analytical thinker, strategic planner, proactive, and results-driven.
  • High adaptability and able to execute under shifting priorities and deadlines.
