Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that port production and productivity objectives are met in accordance with established targets
  • Prepare Manpower Planning, Equipment Planning, Crushing and Barging Planning
  • Maintain good relations with the local community to ensure smooth operations
  • Oversee and manage stockpile operations, terminal activities, and maintenance functions
  • Develop port/terminal management procedures that are mandatory for all contractors and employees to follow
  • Responsible for shipment documents
  • Manage the department's budget
  • Responsible for maintaining work performance, discipline, attendance ratio, and the development of subordinates, as well as actively participating in employee development programs
  • Ensure the implementation of Occupational Safety, Health, and Environmental procedures within their work area

Requirements:

  • Min Bachelor's Degree in Mine Engineering/Maritime Studies (ANT IV) or related fields
  • Minimum 10-15 years of work experience in the same field
  • Understand of port/terminal business processes, preferably in coal mining sector.
  • Strong knowledge of the relevant regulations.
  • Certified in POM and POP
  • Excellent in Ms. Office
  • Have a good leadership, communication, and problem solving skills.
  • Have knowledge in Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment (K3LH)
