Job Description:

Currently our client who is a well established brand in port industry is looking for Manager Operation to join their team. Below are the details:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Maritime Business Administration, Maritime Transportation Management, or Port Management (preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience as a Port Operations Manager.
  • Understanding of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Management Systems. (Having an OHS certification is preferred).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Dynamic, decisive, honest, responsible, and has integrity.
Job Requirements:
  • Assists the Director in the implementation process of work as well as supervision of all operational activities.
  • Is fully responsible to the Director for providing regular and periodic reports on the implementation and supervision of work.
  • Builds good synergy with related agencies that are related to operational activities.
  • With the approval of the Director, develops effective and efficient business process flows to support the smooth running of operations.
  • Provides technical and non-technical guidance as well as coaching to Human Resources in the Operations Division.
