Strategic Business and Marketing Development (SBMD)

Responsibilities

· Involve in setting revenue targets with marketing and management team

· Engage in client prospecting and acquisition

· Hearing and understanding client needs

· Developing ideas and innovation for product/service/program development

· Developing proposal and or program offerings

· In cooperation with related team, to do a presentation to client

Requirement

· Open mind and target oriented people

· Be self-starter, full initiative, and able to work with minimum supervision

· Have a good communication skill and enjoy making a contact with various people

· Preferably with education background of Statistics, Mathematics, Psychology, Sociology, Economics or other background with interest in research or survey or consulting

· Be willing to travel to other cities outside Java

· Experience in research agency or consulting is an advantage, at least 5 years working experience in research/survey/consulting setting

· Familiar with power point and Excel is a must, plus other design application software is an advantage, but not mandatory
