Summary:

As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment and to fulfil employee needs throughout their lifecycle end with offering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform end-to-end activities of the full recruitment cycle. This includes but not limited to understanding the requirements of various roles, taking on a creative multi-channel approach to sourcing candidates, assessing the candidate, managing the candidate relationship, negotiating salary packages, and onboarding candidates.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
  • Plan interview, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System.
  • Regularly updates of hiring needs by department.
  • Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • At least 1 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
