Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Controller and Estimator for an on-site role based in Kota Tangerang Selatan. The Controller and Estimator will handle day-to-day responsibilities, including preparing cost estimations, monitoring budgets, assessing project timelines, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. The role also involves coordinating with suppliers and contractors, identifying cost-saving opportunities, maintaining accurate project documentation, and collaborating with project teams to ensure efficient project execution while adhering to established budgets.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Construction Estimation, Budgeting, and Cost Control.
  • Proficiency in Financial Reporting, Data Analysis, and Project Cost Forecasting.
  • Experience with Procurement Coordination and Supplier Management.
  • Detail-oriented approach with a strong ability to analyze and optimize project costs.
  • Understanding of construction methods, materials, and a background in the interior design or furniture industry is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and teamwork abilities.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software tools such as AutoCAD, estimating software, or similar applications.
