**Location**: - Serang- Serang**Work Type**: - Full Time- PERSOLKELLY is one of the largest recruitment companies in Asia Pacific providing comprehensive end-to-end workforce solutions to clients., allowing us to draw upon their connections as one of the largest recruitment companies in Asia Pasific.- We are now looking for a position as Commercial Finance Manager for industrial packaging products with key responsibilities as below: - Partnering with Commercial Director & BD Team to drive commercial growth & profitability, support commercial team in preparing tender submission file, run price calculators, volume forecasts and contract assessments - Partnering with R&D & Operations team to validate product costing of new product and review RCCP / Capadem for future volume prospects - Champion product finance analytics (e.g. price, cogs, mix, cost to sell, productivity, profitability etc.), understand, communicate, and explain variance drivers within the business - Provide meaningful insights/actionable outcomes to leadership to drive profitable growth. This includes management and oversight of the business cycle short/long term, budget, forecasts - Analyse performance and propose action plans to improve profitability through Value Engineering process as well as corrective action plans as needed - Collaborate/lead cross-functional projects to drive simplification/ standardization and/or improve rigor in key Commercial/Finance processes for better/sustainable growth & profitability - Collaborate on projects related to internal controls over financial reporting for example commercial contract T&C’s standardization, contract offerings etc - Develop and improve financial processes/tools - for instance, live & dynamic reports/dashboards, scenario-based outcomes, budgeting and estimating processes, project pay-backs/ROI’s - Lead/support strategic initiatives through rigor & process simplification through transformation projects and sales force effectiveness initiatives to enable and sustain commercial growth - Work closely with the Sr. leadership team to formulate long term financial and strategic plans. - We look forward for potentials talents meet requirements as below: - Bachelor or master degree from reputable universities.
