Qualifications:

  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in administrative, sales support, commercial operations, or similar roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, PivotTables, data processing) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in managing commercial data, sales reports, performance dashboards, and documentation.
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and prepare accurate reports.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal; English proficiency is an advantage.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
  • Proactive, disciplined, and able to work under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, sales tools, or data management platforms is a plus.

Job Description:

  • Support the Commercial Excellence team in managing and organizing all administrative activities related to sales operations and commercial processes.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain sales reports, performance dashboards, and internal documentation to ensure data accuracy and availability.
  • Assist in monitoring sales KPIs, tracking performance trends, and providing regular data insights to support decision-making.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure smooth execution of commercial activities and alignment of operational processes.
  • Manage and validate sales data, pricing updates, promotional information, and product listings across internal systems.
  • Support the implementation of commercial strategies, sales programs, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, preparing presentation materials, and ensuring timely distribution of commercial-related information.
  • Conduct data checks, identify discrepancies, and work with relevant teams to resolve issues.
  • Ensure proper documentation, filing, and record-keeping for commercial and sales related activities.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as required to support the efficiency of the Commercial Excellence department.
