We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented
Project & Production Manager
to join our Design & Build Department. In this role, you will oversee the technical and executional aspects of interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction. If you have a strong background in project management, deep knowledge of materials and construction methods, and a passion for design excellence, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities :

  • Analyze and interpret interior design drawings, convert them into detailed technical instructions for workshop and site execution.
  • Supervise inventory control and ensure timely procurement of materials based on project needs.
  • Prepare accurate cost estimations, project quotations, and ensure alignment with client budgets.
  • Coordinate between designers, drafters, workshop teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Monitor production and site progress, resolve technical or execution issues as they arise.
  • Report regularly on project status, cost control, and potential risks.

Qualification :

  • Bachelor degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 4-5 years experiences in project management within interior design, furniture production, or fit-out industry.
  • Proficient in reading technical drawings and construction documents (2D & 3D). Familiar with AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Project/Excel, or project management software.
  • Solid knowledge of materials, finishing techniques, and construction methods.
  • Strong understanding of inventory control and procurement processes.
  • Experienced in cost estimation and project quotation.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality execution.
  • Willing to be placed in Tangerang Selatan and travel to project sites as needed.
