- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and cost plans
- Manage quantity take-offs, measurements, and cost calculations based on engineering drawings and specifications.
- Prepare, review, and evaluate tenders, bids, and contract documents.
- Monitor and control project costs, identifying variations and potential risks.
- Evaluate and process progress claims, invoices, and subcontractor payments.
- Support in the preparation of MTO (Material Take-Offs) for procurement planning.
- Conduct site measurements, inspections, and verification of completed work.
- Provide financial reports and forecasts to the Project Manager/Management.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, standards, and company policies.
- Assist in claims management and contract administration.
