We are seeking a go-getter and detail-oriented Business Support Intern to assist our company, specifically focusing on administrations. You'll work directly with the Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with administrative and operational documentation, including reports, tracking sheets, and project records.
  • Collect and analyse operational data to support decision-making and process improvements.
  • Maintain databases and internal tools to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth work processes and timely execution.
  • Contribute ideas for efficiency, workflow improvements, and cost-saving initiatives.

Requirements

  • University student with no classes to attend or recent graduate (Public Relations, Communication, Office or Business Administration, Management, or related fields preferred — but all majors welcome to apply).
  • Strong attention to detail and organized working style.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and documentation.
  • Can communicate clearly and work well within a team.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
