We're #Hiring Business Development Intern at Solutif

PT Solusi Tiga Selaras - Solutif (part of IFT Group) is a technology company focused on developing innovative digital solutions to support business transformation across various industries. 

We're seeking a Business Development Intern who is enthusiastic about exploring business opportunities, supporting client engagement, and contributing to innovative digital transformation projects 

What You'll Do:

  1. Support the creation of commercial proposals, pitch decks, and other business-related materials.
  2. Take part in both internal and external meetings, documenting discussion points and tracking follow-up actions.
  3. Maintain and regularly update the prospect and client database to ensure accuracy and completeness.

What We're Looking For:

  1. Fresh graduate or final-year university student with no scheduled classes majoring in Management, Marketing, Sales, Business, or related fields.
  2. Experience in student organizations, internships, or business/IT-related projects is an advantage.
  3. Skilled in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and familiar with supporting tools such as Generative AI and Canva.
  4. A quick learner with a proactive mindset and willingness to take initiative in a team setting.
  5. Strong analytical abilities and a problem-solving approach.
  6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  7. Basic IT knowledge and the ability to operate computer tools effectively.
  8. English proficiency (active or passive).
