Job Responsibilities :

  • Support and oversee the entire merchandising process from product development to shipment.
  • Ensure samples, costing, and order confirmations are aligned with buyer timelines and production capacity.
  • Coordinate with buyers, internal teams (PPIC, Production, QA, R&D, Purchasing), and vendors on order requirements.
  • Prepare and monitor order tracking and Time & Action (T&A) to ensure all milestones are met on time.
  • Ensure all material, trims, and sample approvals meet buyer specifications.
  • Assist in cost analysis and recommend cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
  • Supervise and guide merchandising team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Assist the Merchandising Manager in buyer performance analysis and strategic planning.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor's Degree (Textile, Fashion Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field) more preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in garment/apparel export merchandising (woven/knit).
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).
  • Strong understanding of product development, costing, material sourcing, and production planning.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, & ERP experience is a plus.
  • Good leadership, teamwork, and analytical thinking.
