This position taking ownership to enhance Häfele's brand presence and drive customer engagement through impactful in-store and showroom visual displays. The Visual Merchandiser is responsible for planning, developing, and executing creative merchandising concepts.

Day to day responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies aligned with Häfele's brand identity and marketing direction.
  2. Design and maintain product displays for Home Appliances across showrooms, dealer stores, exhibitions, and events.
  3. Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to ensure visual displays support promotional campaigns and sales objectives.
  4. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of in-store presentations and customer flow to optimize product visibility.
  5. Manage production and installation of point-of-sale (POS) materials, signage, and display fixtures.

Your qualifications:

  1. Having bachelor's degree in visual communication design, Interior Design, or related field is a plus
  2. Work experience at least 2 years in Visual Merchandising (preferably in Home Appliances, Consumer Electronic or Furniture Industry)
  3. Excellent understanding of product display techniques and customer psychology
  4. Proficiency in visual design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, SketchUp, or equivalent).
  5. Basic understanding of marketing, retail operations, and consumer behavior
