  • Own and manage the operational P&L across brands and countries.
  • Lead multi-brand operations, supply chain, and quality assurance.
  • Drive store profitability, productivity, and guest satisfaction.
  • Strengthen operational systems, SOPs, and training programs.
  • Lead franchise performance reviews and partner compliance.
  • Build high-performing teams and future operations leaders.

IDEAL PROFILE:

  • 12 + years in multi-unit F&B, retail, or franchise operations.
  • Proven record in scaling brands across multiple countries or regions.
  • Strong financial acumen and P&L management experience.
  • Analytical, hands-on, and fast problem solver.
  • Strong people leader.
