Role Description

This full-time Sales Specialist role is based on-site in Jakarta, Indonesia. The primary responsibilities include identifying potential clients, promoting the company's products, conducting customer needs assessments, and driving sales to meet or exceed targets. Additional duties involve building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing product demonstrations, coordinating training sessions, and preparing sales reports for management review.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven Sales and Sales Management abilities to achieve and surpass sales targets.
  • Experience in delivering Training to clients, ensuring effective product understanding and usage.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively and efficiently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with heavy equipment and material handling industries is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is beneficial.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Jakarta and travel as needed.
