Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Jakarta, Indonesia, for a Retail Sales Specialist. The Retail Sales Specialist will engage with customers to understand their needs, provide knowledgeable guidance about products, and consistently deliver excellent customer service. Responsibilities include assisting customers in the purchasing process, maintaining a detailed understanding of the product range, and ensuring the retail space is organized and welcoming for potential buyers.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities
  • Experience and proficiency in Retail Sales and Product Knowledge minimum 2-3 years
  • Effective Communication skills to clearly connect with diverse customers
  • Enthusiasm for delivering high-quality service and creating a positive shopping experience
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented retail environment
  • Previous experience in sales or retail in building material is MUST
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is desirable
