Job Summary :

Responsible for managing, developing, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets for sanitary products (such as faucets, toilets, showers, and related accessories) through both retail channels (modern trade, building material stores, dealers) and project channels (developers, contractors, architects).

This position plays a key role in expanding market share, maintaining strong business relationships, and ensuring effective product availability, visibility, and promotion across all sales areas.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Achieve overall sales targets for both retail and project segments as planned.
  • Develop sales, marketing, and promotional strategies to increase product visibility and sales growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, dealers, contractors, architects, developers, and key clients.
  • Conduct market analysis and provide strategic input for product positioning and business expansion.
  • Conduct product presentations, price negotiations, and manage project tender processes.
  • Supervise product availability, display standards, and promotional implementation in retail outlets.
  • Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to support smooth sales operations.
  • Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of the sales team under supervision.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance evaluations to the Sales Manager.
Minimum Qualifications: Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Management, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail and/or project sales, preferably in the sanitary, building materials, or home improvement industry.
  • Strong network with dealers, contractors, architects, and developers.
  • Proven ability to lead a sales team and achieve challenging targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willing to travel frequently for business visits or project follow-up.
  • Fluent in English
