FLADO Indonesia is looking for an
Sales Admin Specialist
to join our team As a Sales Admin Specialist, you will be on the front lines helping clients. You will work directly with clients, guide them through the document requirements, and ensure each application is neatly compiled, accurate, and in line with our standards.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients via chat, social media, messengers, and email, or in-person.
  • Provide complete and clear information about visa, documents and processes.
  • Assist in filling out forms and creating travel itineraries and or business plan for client.
  • Organize, review, and archive client documents neatly.
  • Help schedule appointments with visa specialist by request.
  • Stay updated with the latest visa requirements.
  • Report process updates and any issues to the team.
  • Deliver friendly, patient, and solution-oriented customer service.

Requirements:

  • Minimum education: Bachelor's degree / S1
  • Experience in a travel agency, or visa services is a strong advantage
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable working with documents
  • Good communication skills and patience in dealing with various client types
  • Familiar with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
  • Able to work in a team and meet daily processing targets
  • Willing to learn about visa requirements.
  • Fluently in English, and another language like is a plus
