JOB DESK
A. Strategi & Peningkatan Penjualan Nasional
- Menyusun, mengeksekusi, dan mengevaluasi strategi penjualan nasional selaras dengan target SAMASI.
- Mengembangkan rencana pengembangan customer di 12 cabang:
Surabaya, Gresik, Lamongan, Probolinggo, Cilacap, Batang, Banten, Palembang, Morosi, Morowali, Bunati & Taboneo. - Menargetkan peningkatan vessel call, market share, dan pendapatan di setiap wilayah.
- Mengembangkan strategi untuk masuk ke market baru (perusahaan tambang, shipping company baru, broker muatan, trading company, offshore operator, dsb.).
B. Akuisisi Customer Baru & Relationship Management
- Mencari customer baru, baik shipowner, operator, charterer, broker, maupun perusahaan tambang.
- Melakukan kunjungan langsung (direct sales) dan presentasi tatap muka.
- Membangun hubungan bisnis jangka panjang yang berkontribusi pada vessel call berkelanjutan.
- WAJIB mampu membawa customer baru ke SAMASI dalam 3–6 bulan awal kerja.
- Menjadi representatif perusahaan dalam meeting, negosiasi, dan presentasi kepada klien besar.
C. Pengembangan & Pengawasan Team Sales
- Membangun tim sales dari pusat dan mengarahkan strategi penjualan cabang.
- Melatih tim untuk memahami produk ship agency, termasuk PDA, FDA, husbandry, crew handling, spare parts, bunkering assistance, dsb.
- Melakukan coaching dan evaluasi kinerja tim sales secara bulanan.
- Membuat SOP & template penjualan (CRM, format follow-up, weekly report, pipeline tracking).
D. Kolaborasi dengan Operasional dan OCC
- Bekerja sama dengan Operasional dan OCC untuk memastikan pelayanan lapangan sesuai komitmen sales.
- Mengawasi penyelesaian keluhan pelanggan agar trust meningkat.
- Memberikan masukan kepada OCC mengenai peluang upselling dan cross-selling dari operasional.
E. Reporting dan Perencanaan
Membuat report bulanan:
pencapaian penjualan,
- vessel call tiap cabang,
- customer pipeline,
- aktivitas kunjungan,
- forecast 3 bulan ke depan.
- Menyusun budgeting sales tahunan dan proyeksi pertumbuhan.
- Menyusun monthly improvement plan untuk mengejar target nasional.
F. Manajemen Target dan KPI
- Bekerja berdasarkan target penjualan nasional SAMASI.
- Mengelola revenue, margin, volume kapal, dan jumlah customer aktif.
KUALIFIKASI
A. Pengalaman & Kemampuan Teknis
- Minimal 4 tahun pengalaman sebagai Sales Manager di Perusahaan Ship Agency (keagenan kapal )
- Harus sudah memiliki portofolio customer yang dapat dibawa ke SAMASI.
- Memahami proses ship agency secara menyeluruh (clearance, PDA/FDA, operation flow, vendor handling).
- Memiliki rekam jejak menaikkan penjualan atau vessel call di perusahaan sebelumnya.
- Terbiasa dengan target nasional, bukan hanya lokal.
- Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi, key account management, dan customer retention.
B. Leadership & Manajemen Tim
- Memiliki kemampuan memimpin team sales.
- Mampu melakukan coaching, monitoring, dan evaluasi kinerja.
- Mampu membuat strategi bulanan dan timeline eksekusi.
- Mampu mendorong tim untuk mencapai target nasional.
C. Kompetensi Soft Skill
- Komunikasi dan presentasi tingkat tinggi.
- Proaktif & inisiatif mencari peluang (bukan menunggu ditanya).
- Customer-centric dan mampu menyelesaikan komplain dengan cepat.
- Performance-oriented, tidak alergi target.
- Memiliki karakter pantang menyerah.
- Disiplin dalam reporting.
D. Pendidikan & Bahasa
- Lulusan minimal D3 dari semua jurusan.
- Bahasa Inggris aktif & pasif.
- Bahasa Mandarin menjadi nilai tambah sangat besar (karena banyak shipowner China).
E. Lain-lain
- Bersedia ditempatkan di Jakarta dan melakukan perjalanan dinas ke seluruh cabang SAMASI.
- Memiliki kendaraan pribadi.
- Bersedia bekerja dengan KPI dan target nasional.
Wajib Dimiliki:
1. Kemampuan Membawa Customer (Mandatory)
Kandidat wajib menunjukkan daftar customer potensial yang dapat dibawa minimal:
30 customer aktif dalam 1 bulan pertama; atau
2. Kemampuan Menaikkan Penjualan Cabang
Kandidat harus mampu menyusun strategi:
- Ekspansi ke perusahaan tambang di Kalimantan & Sulawesi dan palembang
- Ekspansi ke perusahaan di Surabaya, Gresik, lamongan, probolinggo, batang , Cilacap dan banten
- Menambah pangsa pasar kapal tug-barge, bulk carrier, tanker
- Memperkuat repeat order dari shipowner existing
