Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the operations team across all branches.
  • Monitor and ensure accuracy of branch settlements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with ship owners, customers, and port authorities.
  • Manage operational costs at each branch in line with local targets.
  • Oversee EPDA, FDA, and reporting to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marine Transportation, Port and Shipping Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the port agency industry, including port operations and husbandry.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a port agency manager, team leader, or department head.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end port agency field operations.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Willingness to relocate or work at any Forecastle Group branch.
