About the Role

We are looking for a Shipping Officer to join our FC Shipping Department.

This position plays a key role in coordinating and monitoring shipment operations to ensure efficient, smooth, and on-time delivery of materials supporting our mining trading activities.

Requirement :

  • Bachelor's degree

is required.
- Min.
2 years experience

in shipping/logistics, preferably in mining/trading company, fresh graduated are welcome to apply.
- Understanding of
shipping processes, transportation regulations and shipment documentation management.
- Strong
communication and coordination

abilities.
- Proficient in
Microsoft Office

, especially Ms. Excel.
- Ability to communicate in
Mandarin

.
- Problem-solving

skills and ability to
manage multiple shipments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor shipment schedules to ensure timely delivery.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external partners (agents, surveyors, and ports).
  • Track shipment progress and prepare accurate daily/weekly updates.
  • Handle shipment documentation including Bill of Lading (B/L), Notice of Readiness (NOR), Statement of Facts (SOF), and Charter Party Agreements.
  • Assist in freight chartering processes, including rate negotiation, documentation, and performance evaluation.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and transportation regulations.
  • Provide operational support and resolve any shipment-related issues promptly.
