Finance Officer (Cost Control)

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, verify, and recap all feeder vessel, logistics, and operational costs in the PVE (DA, GA & LLIE) reports (Excel) for Jakarta and all branch ports.
• Submit PVE (DA, GA & LLIE) reports in the TMS System for all relevant ports.
• Input actual amounts and invoice numbers into DA, GA, and LLIE reports for all vessel and logistics costs.
• Check actual invoices from vendors, assign DA/GA/LLIE numbers, and coordinate with the AP team for SAP uploads and TMS (ECR) dispatch.
• Reconcile and verify all actual feeder vessel and logistics costs reflected in TMS (ECR), and submit final GA & LLIE reports.
• Calculate freight tax and submit reports to the Tax Department.
• Create SD Billing related to Ship Management costs.
• Update account codes per actual movement in ECR (TMS) for all ports.
• Recap all advances from the Operations Department to vendors, check costs per vessel based on agreements, and report to the Assistant Manager.
• Double-check all vessel-related costs, feeder, Logistics and operational costs for correct account codes, create voucher numbers in ECR (TMS), and submit DA, GA and LLIE.
• Maintain and update folders (DAGALLIE), vendor invoice lists, and manage invoices received via email and hardcopy.
• Ensure all costs are recorded in accordance with approved tariffs and company policies.

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from reputable university
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Finance Department.
• Excellent knowledge in financial planning and cost control
• Knowledge of shipping/logistics business process
• Good English proficiency both verbal and written
• Strong sense of innovation and ability to generate new ideas.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
