Role Summary:

As Cost Controller assistant that maintain cost buckets and budgets align with ongoing Operation and make sure Cost Reporting is ensured that all processes reach the final result, namely cost reporting in accordance with applicable compliance.

Essential Responsibilities:-

  • Responsible for Cost Checking including maintain Open PO, GR process, maintain cost to be aligned with Product line forecasted.
  • PR Creation and responsible to review quotation from vendor (Internal PR and External PR)
  • Responsible for Logistic report and costing. Including prepare CIPL, custom clearance audit, checking Iron Permit, checking trucking cost, prepare Freight Cost to Product Line, and follow up shipment.
  • Responsible for Service Order / Purchase Order alignment. Ensure to align the qty, date, number, customer name etc.
