JOB DESCRIPTION :
  • Memantau dan menganalisis biaya operasional hotel.
  • Memeriksa PO, invoice, receiving, dan pemakaian barang.
  • Mengontrol F&B cost, stock opname, dan penggunaan material.
  • Membuat laporan cost harian/bulanan & variance analysis.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan purchasing, kitchen, dan divisi/departemen lainnya.
  • Memastikan semua biaya sesuai budget & SOP
KUALIFIKASI :
  • Pendidikan min. D3/S1 Akuntasi/Keuangan.
  • Pengalaman 1-2 tahun pada posisi Cost Control (Lebih disukai di industri Perhotelan/FnB).
  • Memahami dasar akuntansi, controlling, F&B cost, dan inventory management.
  • Teliti, jujur, dan detail-oriented.
  • Mahir menggunakan Ms. Excel, memahami inventori & FnB cost.
  • Mampu bekerja dengan deadline dan koordinasi lintas departemen.
