What you'll be doing

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within your designated territory
  • Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with existing clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the cross-functional team to understand client needs and provide tailored shipping and logistics solutions
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing to secure new business and retain existing clients
  • Attend industry events and networking sessions to expand your professional network and identify new leads
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and marketing initiatives to support the company's growth objectives
  • Accurately track and report on your sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics

What we're looking for

  • Experience as Sales/ Marketing on business trade for Export & Import (USA, Asia, America Latin, Europe, and other Trades for FCL, LCL, Air, Value added Service (VAS): Trucking, Customs Clearance, Insurance etc)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with clients
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to deliver customized solutions
  • Passion for the shipping and logistics industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • Positions are up for grabs in Jakarta, Semarang, and Surabaya
