Responsibilities :

Shipping & Fulfillment

  • Prepare and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring product quality and packaging standards are met.
  • Coordinate with courier services and logistics partners for domestic and international shipments.
  • Generate and manage shipping labels, invoices, and tracking documentation.
  • Monitor shipment status to ensure on-time delivery and handle any delivery issues or discrepancies.

Inventory Management

  • Receive incoming stock and verify quantity and quality against purchase orders.
  • Record and update product entries in the inventory management system (e.g., SKU tracking, stock movement).
  • Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical and system inventories.
  • Ensure proper product organization and labeling within storage areas.

Warehouse & Process Support

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and packing area.
  • Assist in stock forecasting and replenishment planning.
  • Support product sorting, repackaging, and labeling for events or promotions.
  • Coordinate with the Operations and Sales teams to support product availability and delivery schedules.

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in shipping, warehouse, or inventory roles (experience in retail or e-commerce preferred).
  • Basic understanding of inventory management systems or ERP software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Able to communicate in English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Able to handle physical work such as lifting boxes or arranging stock when necessary.
  • Interest in Trading Card Games (TCG) or collectibles is a plus.
