About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Optimization & Distribution Manager to lead our revenue optimization, pricing, and digital distribution channels. This role is ideal for someone who combines analytical thinking, strong negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of destination travel operations and online distribution systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute distribution and channel strategies (B2B, OTA, DMC partners, API connections, GDS, and direct contracts).
  • Optimize product performance through pricing strategy, yield management, and inventory allocation.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and partner performance to drive sales growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with the Product, Sales, and IT teams to enhance product visibility and conversion.
  • Manage integrations and data quality across online platforms (XML/API, Extranet, etc.).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners and global contracting teams.
  • Provide insights and reports on performance metrics, ROI, and channel efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Distribution, Revenue Optimization, or Contracting within a DMC, OTA, Tour Operator, or Hotel Group.
  • Strong understanding of destination travel products, contracting processes, and channel management systems.
  • Hands-on experience with PMS, CRS, Channel Managers, or Yield Management Tools.
  • Analytical mindset with advanced Excel and data interpretation skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management abilities.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage).
