Kualifikasi:

  1. Pendidikan minimal S1 di bidang Manajemen Pariwisata, Hospitality, atau Bisnis; S2 menjadi nilai tambah.
  2. Pengalaman minimal 8–10 tahun di industri tour & travel, dengan 5 tahun di posisi manajerial atau kepemimpinan senior.
  3. Memiliki rekam jejak dalam mengelola bisnis tour & travel, termasuk sales, operations, dan product development.
  4. Penguasaan kuat terhadap strategic planning, budgeting, financial control, dan business performance management.
  5. Memahami GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre), regulasi pariwisata, dan pengelolaan produk wisata domestik maupun internasional.
  6. Berpengalaman membangun kemitraan strategis dengan airlines, hotels, dan DMC, serta negosiasi dengan vendor utama.
  7. Mampu memimpin dan mengembangkan tim lintas fungsi (sales, operations, marketing, finance).
  8. Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, negosiasi, dan presentasi yang sangat baik dalam Bahasa Indonesia & Inggris.
  9. Berorientasi pada hasil, inovasi, dan kepuasan pelanggan, serta mampu bekerja dalam lingkungan yang dinamis dan kompetitif.
  10. Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas domestik maupun internasional secara rutin.

Tanggung Jawab Utama:

  1. Memimpin dan mengarahkan seluruh aktivitas operasional, sales, dan marketing perusahaan agar berjalan efektif, efisien, dan sesuai target bisnis.
  2. Menyusun dan mengimplementasikan strategi bisnis jangka pendek & panjang untuk mencapai pertumbuhan yang berkelanjutan.
  3. Mengawasi kinerja keuangan termasuk budget, cash flow, dan profit margin, serta memastikan efisiensi biaya operasional.
  4. Mengembangkan produk wisata inovatif dan memperluas pasar melalui ekspansi destinasi dan channel penjualan baru.
  5. Menjaga standar pelayanan pelanggan yang tinggi dan memastikan penyelesaian keluhan secara profesional.
  6. Membangun hubungan strategis dengan mitra eksternal: airlines, hotel, DMC, asosiasi pariwisata, dan instansi pemerintah.
  7. Mengelola dan mengembangkan tim manajemen untuk memastikan tercapainya kinerja optimal dan budaya kerja yang positif.
  8. Memimpin proses transformasi digital dan inovasi dalam sistem operasional dan layanan pelanggan.
  9. Melakukan monitoring KPI perusahaan serta melaporkan hasil pencapaian kepada pemilik atau dewan direksi.
  10. Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap regulasi industri, hukum, dan kebijakan internal perusahaan.
