Role Overview

The General Manager is responsible for the overall management, leadership, and performance of the villa operations. This includes overseeing guest experience, operational efficiency, financial performance, staffing, and brand standards. The General Manager ensures that all villas deliver exceptional service, maintain profitability, and uphold the company's reputation for quality and excellence.

This role requires a strategic, hands-on leader with strong operational and financial acumen, capable of managing multi-unit villa operations while driving growth and maintaining high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Leadership

  • Oversee all villa operations: Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, and Guest Services.
  • Implement efficient SOPs and monitor KPIs to ensure quality, service, and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations.
  • Drive continuous improvement in operations and guest experience.

Financial Management

  • Prepare budgets, monitor P&L, and control costs to meet financial goals.
  • Support sales and marketing efforts to maximize revenue and occupancy.

Guest Experience

  • Ensure excellent guest satisfaction across all villas.
  • Manage feedback and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain strong relationships with VIP and repeat guests.

Team Management

  • Lead, train, and motivate teams to perform at high standards.
  • Conduct performance reviews and foster a positive work culture.

Sales & Business Development

  • Collaborate on marketing, partnerships, and new business opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends and represent the brand professionally.

Property & Project Management

  • Oversee property maintenance, asset management, and renovation projects.
  • Manage CAPEX and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.

    Minimum 5–7 years of managerial experience in luxury hospitality (villa, resort, or boutique hotel).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and financial management skills.
  • Excellent communication in English (additional languages preferred).
  • Hands-on, guest-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
