Your Role

As our Revenue Manager, you will:

Develop, implement, and refine pricing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.

Manage daily rate updates, inventory, and distribution across CloudBeds, OTAs, and direct booking channels.

Monitor booking pace, market trends, competitor rates, and demand patterns.

Conduct revenue analysis and provide weekly and monthly performance reports.

Oversee dynamic pricing to ensure competitiveness and profitability.

Collaborate with Marketing, and Reservations to align commercial strategies.

Optimize channel performance and identify new revenue opportunities.

Ensure rate parity across all platforms and maintain accurate data loading in the PMS and channel manager.

Support the leadership team with forecasting, budgeting, and long-term revenue planning.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone with:

Experience: Minimum 3 years in hotel revenue management within a 4- or 5-star property or luxury boutique resort.

System Knowledge: Strong experience with CloudBeds PMS, channel managers, and OTA extranets.

Skills: Excellent analytical, numerical, and reporting skills with high attention to detail.

Approach: Proactive, strategic thinker with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Language: Advanced verbal and written English proficiency.

Preferred: Experience with dynamic pricing, market segmentation, and revenue optimization tools.
