We are seeking proactive and experienced
Assistant Villa Manager
to support day-to-day villa operations of 13 Luxury Villas, guest experience excellence, and team coordination at our property. This role is perfect for someone who is service-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about luxury hospitality.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Villa Manager in managing daily villa operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
- Maintain exceptional guest satisfaction by addressing needs, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally
- Supervise and support villa staff, ensuring productivity, grooming standards, and adherence to SOPs
- Coordinate housekeeping, engineering, and front-of-house activities to ensure villa readiness at all times
- Assist in handling bookings, check-ins, check-outs, and guest communication across platforms
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure operational excellence, safety, and quality in all villa areas
- Maintain inventory and ensure procurement is done efficiently and aligned with operational needs
- Work closely with management to implement service improvements and luxury hospitality standards
- Generate daily/weekly operational reports for management review
Requirements:
- Based in Bali
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written & spoken)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality operations, preferably in villa or hotel management
- Background in luxury hospitality is highly preferred
- Professional, proactive, detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of leading a team
- Strong communication and guest-relation skills in a luxury hospitality environment
- Computer proficiency (MS Office, property management systems experience is a plus)
