CUBE GROUP is a developer company based in Bali Uluwatu. We are looking for position Assistant General Manager.
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bali, Indonesia.

  1. Assist the Project Manager in planning, organizing, and coordinating project activities.
  2. Track project progress, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables are met.
  3. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, reports, and presentations.
  4. Facilitate communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients.
  5. Identify potential risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
  6. Address issues promptly to maintain project stability and success.
  7. Specifically preparations, tables, spreadsheets, and Microsoft excel
  8. Accompany the General Manager to be a translator to the construction site.
  9. Oversee day-to-day office operations, including maintenance, supplies, and equipment.
  10. Manage office administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  11. Provide administrative support to senior management, including preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  12. Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.
  13. Provide administrative support to senior management and other team members as needed.
  14. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  15. Manage office budget and expenses, including invoice processing and reconciliation.
  16. Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and travel arrangements

Qualifications

  • Leadership and team management experience, including staff training and performance evaluation
  • Strong in English written and spoken
  • Able to speak and write Russian is a must
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experienced as an assistant in the previous field
