Role Description

This is a part-time, remote role for an Executive Assistant. Core responsibilities include providing executive administrative support, managing schedules, and assisting in day-to-day administrative tasks including meeting with the local vendors in Bali. The role requires effective communication, multitasking, and the ability to adapt to dynamic and fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

  • You are living in Bali and know much about daily Bali operations.
  • Proficiency in ENGLISH and Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
  • Strong Communication skills for effective interactions with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage tasks efficiently in a remote, part-time setup
  • Familiarity with digital tools and platforms is a plus
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced or startup environment is beneficial
