**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research and identify key segments to generate potential leads through various channels (e.g Social Media, Google, personal network, etc.)
- Develop sales strategies to draw in potential buyers or to solicit new potential customers.
- Be the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward.
- Creating relationship with customers to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales.
- Presenting product information to customers once you have identified their needs.
Following up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not purchase any goods or services.
Collaborating with sales team to ensure the company's goals and targets are met.
- Support ad-hoc tasks and projects from time-to-time.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Minimum 3 years experience as Sales Development Representative or similar role with proven success in fintech/payment industries.
- Have solid understanding of the B2B market
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills with a flair for getting people excited.
- Have a strong work ethic and eager to learn and make new connections with prospects.
- A positive and resilient attitude (flexibility to work in dynamic and fast-paced environment).
- Good attitude (punctual, can present themselves well, have good knowledge in the products that they are selling).
- Fluent in English is preferred
