Arrangement kerja kami adalah hybrid, 3 hari di rumah dan 2 hari di kantor. Kami menawarkan gaji dan bonus kompetitif untuk kandidat dengan pengalaman 1-3 tahun sebagai Sales Development Representative.

**Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab**:

- Evaluasi pain points, urgency dan budget cleint
- Mencapai atau melebihi kuota harian dan mingguan jumlah prospek yang terkualifikasi
- Menggunakan teknologi dan tools CRM sales dan marketing

**Kompetensi kandidat yang dicari**:

- Kemampuan berkomunikasi yang baik secara verbal dan tertulis
- Kemampuan untuk memproses dan mengualifikasi prospek dengan cepat dengan melakukan pertanyaan dan mendengarkan aktif
- Kemampuan untuk mengelola waktu secara efektif
- Kemampuan dan pengetahuan tentang teknologi dan alat sales dan marketing

**Salary**: Rp6,000,000 - Rp9,000,000 per month
