**Job Description**:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job portals.
- Conduct reference checks and assist in negotiating job offers.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role in a corporate or agency setting.
- Strong understanding of various recruitment methods and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
