IT Recruiter

Collaborate with Managers to understand the specific needs and requirements of the position, including skills, experience, and qualifications.
- Facilitate the onboarding process to ensure new hires are smoothly integrated into the organization, including completing necessary paperwork and providing initial training and orientation.
- Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports.
- Promote the organization’s brand and culture to attract top talent. This can involve marketing efforts, creating engaging job descriptions, and representing the company at job fairs and recruiting events.
- Stay up-to-date with current recruiting trends and best practices.
- Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes, leveraging feedback and data analytics to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Communication, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role. Experience in the tech industry or IT recruitment agencies.
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc.).
- Able to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, BEI, etc.).
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles & IT industry.
- Strong networking skills in IT communities (e.g., IT Sales, IT Engineers).
- Competent in selection strategy, able to determine suitable profiles for specific positions.
- Comfortable working with strict targets and willing to work beyond standard hours.
- Strong decision-making, communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
