Traveloka is a technology company based in Jakarta, Indonesia. We were founded in 2012 by ex-Silicon Valley engineers and we aim to revolutionize human mobility with technology. Today we are expanding our reach by operating in eight countries and experimenting with new endeavors that will create a large impact in the markets and industries we touch.
Primarily known as a Travel App, we are now on track to establish ourselves as a Southeast Asia Lifestyle SuperApp which covers all range of customer needs: lifestyle, travel, health, financial service, and most recently food delivery. As part of our passion in helping our users' in creating enjoyable moments, big or small, we have established Game Farm that users can engage with and enjoy anytime. We are looking at mobile games from different angles and are open to any possibilities, especially in relation to our strengths and further ambitions on travel and lifestyle space across Southeast Asia. With our strong technology, product and market ecosystem, we are continuously striving to deliver a creative, innovative and enjoyable gaming experience to users, within the Traveloka App domain and beyond.
At the center of our business, the Head of Business Development role is the leader that helps us win new opportunities and strengthens our position as the leading Lifestyle SuperApp in Southeast Asia. We are looking for a business leader whose primary role is to guide and advise on strategy for Game Farm, seek and maintain strategic relationships with partners, as well as promote and expand the company's commercial activity that will generate revenues and lead to sustainable growth. This position will join our multinational team, and will be directly involved in building Traveloka's offering on mobile games.

**What you will take part in**:
- Develop Game Farm plan and budget, and deploy pipeline of games that suit Game Farm strategy
- Work with internal and external stakeholders, such as game developers, publishers and other business partners in managing and optimizing our portfolio of games and Game Farm ecosystem
- Negotiate and structure commercial agreements with partners
- Responsible in managing high level stakeholders, e.g partners' decision makers
- Establish and deepening our position in the gaming industry ecosystem and liaise with the relevant stakeholders in capturing business opportunities and addressing business challenges
**Requirements**:
- Min 7 of years experience as a game producer, game publisher or business development, and having experience in leading a highly performing team.
- Strong familiarity with mobile gaming industry, business models and commercial terms
- Accustomed to making data based decisions, and taking calculated risks.
- Having experience working in multi-country and multi-functional environment (product, marketing, engineering, data, design) is a plus
- Having experience in managing expectations of both internal and external stakeholders. Fluency in English is required.
- At least Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Design, or other technical or business fields from top local or overseas universities with strong academic results, MBA is a plus
