**Who are we looking for?**
**What will you do?**
- Ensure a full-cycle process for the recruitment of employees, consultants, and contractors
- Create job descriptions (JDs) with various internal stakeholders & publish them on Job portals, and other social portals, and share them with staffing vendors
- Conduct interviews, verifications, and negotiations, and execute background verification processes
- Broadcast & manage recruitment-related posts and articles on the web, track the performance of the engagements & handle responses.
- Create and manage Staff referral and internal recruitment programs
- Define/refine the process for onboarding, Facilitate Employee induction, Employee Engagement, grievances management & exit
- Ensure/Participate in continuous benchmarking of salary, designations, etc.
- Ensure formulation and compliance of organizational policies in line with employment laws & regulations
- Ensure training needs, programs, and development objectives are met
- Manage payroll, allowances, incentives, reimbursements, and holidays/vacations for employees
- Design and maintain effective reporting, MIS, and records of HR, Employees
- Collect and Analysis of Data and present to various internal stakeholders and management
**Requirements**:
**What do you have?**
- Post-graduate with Management from a premier institute with 3 to 8 years of relevant experience preferably in a startup or a product company
- Used social media to identify & acquire talent and build relationships.
- Handled compensation negotiations and reference checks
- Experience in recruitment and HR-related issues
- Proficiency with the MS Office Suite and/or Google Suite
- Hands-on experience in developing, implementing, and administering the various policies
- Specialized knowledge and leadership potential in Learning and Development
- An active interest in keeping an eye on industry trends
- Excellent communication - verbal & written with a variety of stakeholders, good documentation & presentation skills
