What You’ll Do
- Manage and develop a portfolio of channel partners and distributors across Indonesia
- Develop and execute partner business plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share
- Drive sales revenue growth through partner engagement, joint sales planning, and sales enablement
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with partners
- Identify and recruit new partners to fill gaps in territory coverage
- Provide training, support, and enablement to partners to ensure sales and technical readiness
- Manage partner performance, resolve conflicts, and ensure compliance
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing) to align channel strategies
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform channel strategies
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual targets

What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent of experience
- 6 to 8 years of channel sales or account management experience, with a focus on territory business
- Proven track record of success in managing channel partners and driving sales growth in Indonesia
- Strong understanding of the Indonesian market and channel landscape
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles, including channel sales, account management, and territory business planning
