**Fungsi Utama Jabatan**:
Bertanggung jawab melakukan panggilan penjualan, memperbarui basis data CRM, dan memenuhi target penjualan. Membangun hubungan baik dengan pelanggan dan menutup penjualan.
**Rincian Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab**:
1. Menetapkan tujuan penjualan dan mengembangkan strategi penjualan.
2. Meneliti prospek dan menghasilkan prospek.
4. Menangani pertanyaan dan keluhan pelanggan.
5. Mempersiapkan dan mengirimkan proposal.
6. Mengelola proses penjualan melalui program perangkat lunak.
7. Membangun dan memelihara database CRM.
8. Memenuhi target penjualan harian, mingguan, dan bulanan.
9. Berpartisipasi dalam rapat tim penjualan.
Accountability (Tanggung jawab yang dikelola oleh pemangku jabatan, dan bisa diukur secara jelas, seperti : mengontrol anggaran tahunan, jumlah penjualan):
1. Memberikan laporan mingguan dan bulanan secara akurat
2. Mengkonfirmasi kepada Sales Manager mengenai schedule yang akan dibuat saat kunjungan dengan Sales Manager
3. Mencapai target bulanan
4. Memberikan case forecast terhadap masing-masing customer yang dihandle
Wewenang/Authority (Wewenang yang diberikan untuk menghasilkan output sesuai fungsi utama):
1. Melakukan visiting
2. Melakukan pengaturan terhadap jadwal kunjungan. Membuat target mingguan dan bulanan
3. Memberikan penilaian terhadap customer potensial dan menjelaskannya kepada atasan
4. Melakukan koordinasi kerja yang baik kepada Sales Indoor setelah mendapat informasi yang lengkap dari customer
Koordinasi Kerja (Dept mana saja yang bersangkutan melakukan koordinasi, baik itu didalam dan diluar perusahaan. Jelaskan juga jenis pengawasan yang diberikan dan diterima):
1. Customer
- Menjelaskan rincian spesifikasi dan penjelasan tentang produk
2. Sales Indoor
- Konfirmasi spesifikasi produk, melakukan follow up permintaan yang belum menjadi penawaran
1. Bergelar sarjana sesuai bidang terkait
2. Berpengalaman mínimal 1 tahun dalam bidang penjualan
3. Memiliki skill negosiasi
4. Komunikator verbal dan tertulis yang kuat.
5. Mahir berbahasa Inggris dan Mandarin.
6. Keterampilan menelepon dan melakukan presentasi yang sangat baik.
7. Memiliki kemampuan berbahasa yang baik dan sistematis
8. Memiliki penampilan yang disesuaikan dengan kepentingan kerja,
9. Mahir dalam Microsoft Office, CRM, dan program perangkat lunak penjualan.
10. Keterampilan negosiasi dan pemecahan masalah yang baik.
