Product Marketing Manager Lead User Spend

**About the role**:
This role will be reporting to Head Of Product Marketing User Spend, to build a strong foundation of overall GoPay User Spend penetration and usage across multiple categories; i.e. food, groceries, transport and logistic, retail commerce, and lifestyle.
This role works closely with Pod Leader, Brand team, External Partner, Creative team, Media team, Growth Team, Research team and regional team across Indonesia
**What You Will Do**:
- Drive GoPay use cases Monthly Transacting Users (MTU) for assigned use cases and GoPay perception as ubiquitous brand that is accepted everywhere and can be used for multiple things in day to day life
- Develop robust understanding of the users based on qualitative and quantitative study, as well as internal and external data analysis to identify key target segments and deep users insights understanding
- Understand user journey, analyze user funnel to develop strategy and plan in driving GoPay penetration according to each use cases and priority merchants/partners
- Develop users value proposition for the specific product/use case and translate them into key communication strategy
- Build overall GTM strategy and plan to grow penetration and usage of GoPay through end to end marketing efforts covering in app marketing, joint partnership, digital performance and offline media, driven by solid user understanding, product journey and value proposition and robust user funnel thinking
- Work closely with the internal cross-functional leaders, varied from pod, growth, partnership, product, CCU, and research to align on strategy and oversee the execution and impact measurement
- Manage, control and monitor Marketing spend as per budget, to achieve OKR efficiently
- Build the team’s capability and grow them into solid product marketing experts
**What You Will Need**:
- At least 8-12 years of work experience, with at least 4 years of experience in product marketing management
- Consumer driven mindset with strong ability to understand user insight and translate them into actionable strategy and plan
- Solid data driven analytical thinking to form clear PoV that will inform the overall strategy
- Strong leadership with willingness to roll up sleeves and get in the trenches as needed
- Skilled and comfortable handling data, and can independently harness it effectively to generate insights, make decisions, and drive growth
- Good sense of market understanding; a “do-whatever it-takes” mindset to understand your market, customers and competition better than anyone, and able to integrate this information into your marketing strategies
- A passion for building user-focused product experiences and communication by creating genuine and authentic customer relationships
- A bias toward action, excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to distill complex plans into clear and actionable tasks
- Strong project management capabilities; ability to manage multiple campaigns with a sharp focus on detail without losing sight of the big picture
- A track record of driving highly effective marketing campaigns and product changes by making users’ problems your own
- A shared passion with GoPay’s mission for increased financial inclusion in Indonesia
- A keen interest in fintech and willing to learn about the industry
**About the Team** -Our Product Marketing team, a subsidiary of the larger GoPay Marketing team, consists of 30+ people based in Jakarta who are experts in product marketing, branding, social media management, and content creation. This is a very close-knit group who represent the voice of the users to ensure they are heard and actioned on to enable sustainable business growth. We like to visualize ourselves like a small yet powerful engine that will drive the growth of GoPay users across multiple day to day use cases, making us one of those highly critical apps day users simply cannot live without. We take the time to understand the various needs and preferences within our Gojek ecosystem (consisting predominantly of our customers, driver-partners, and merchant-partners), rely on numbers and data-points, and build off what makes our products unique in order to formulate our market strategy and path forward as a team.
