RESPONSIBILITIES:

- In general, this role will support the specific product line’s in their customer’s mining site, such as product related problem, customer services, repair & maintenance. The product lines might cover: Drills, Utility Vehicles and Stationary Crushing and Screening.
- As technical support manager the role is of a support function to service centres and customers
- This role will also actively gather reliability, operating cost and operator feedback and continually feed this back to the respective Product Line Manager so the offering can be managed over its life cycle.
- Provide high level of technical support during technically focused Customer and business meetings, in conjunction with Sales and Account Management teams
- Through the activities of technical support, ensure any opportunities for parts and service is gathered and communicated via Contact Reports to the appropriate sales or service centre team for the ongoing growth of the infrastructure group.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- B.Sc. or MSc Degree in Engineering, Science or related field.
- At least 10 years of supervisory experience in a technical support services
- A sound understanding of the mining industry and its business processes, particularly in following product/service lines: Drills, Utility Vehicles and Stationary Crushing and Screening
- Strong technical customer service focus
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate others to achieve outcomes

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Rp90,000,000 - Rp150,000,000 per month
