Technical Service Executive

The Technical Service Executive is responsible for driving the development of profitable business opportunities, developing contacts, and managing strategic key accounts for topline growth and profitability and will be focusing on customers located in Jakarta (West Java area) and East Java area.
Core Responsibilities:
Technical Services
- Provide daily technical support to customers and ISD division sales team through products and process recommendations
- Assist customers in technical trouble shooting and participating in lab/plant trials at customer’s site
- Conduct technical trainings/seminars
- Deliver innovative ideas for innovation to customers with objectives to increase company and product values
- Compiles data, records and documents result of experiments and daily work
Teamwork and Project Management
- Able to work with multiple cross-functional project teams
- Support Regional Technical team and sales team to develop projects in pipeline
- Ensures alignment of technical support activities for customer such as conducting internal studies, lab trials, and sample analysis
- Resolve problems and handle complaints in a timely manner
- Understanding and gathering insights & trends at competitors and customers, to provide value-added, compelling solutions
Jet Cooker (equipment) Management and Safety
- Understanding the operational of Jet Cooker and able assist customers in equipment trouble shooting
- Implement spare part management for the cooker to ensure the equipment well maintained and running properly
- Participate in safety programs
Mandatory requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any Science field or equivalent
- English fluency, both written and spoken
- Flexible with working hours as the role may require you to work outside office hours and offsite from time to time.
- High proficiency in computer literacy.
Desirable requirements:
- Paper making knowledge/experience is advantageous.
Required behaviours and skills:
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiating skills and ability to think strategically.
- Demonstrate ability to make decisions under ambiguous situations.
- Highly analytical mind. Able to resolve complex situations and communicate effectively.
- Service orientated with customer focus, stress resistant, innovative, and able to resolve issues in an efficient and logical manner.

- Resourcefulness in problems-solving and well-organised
