- Menangani tiket keluhan pelanggan atau internal terhadap layanan cloud dan system apps serta bertanggung jawab mengeskalasi ke tim internal lain bila berkaitan atau eksternal
- Melakukan penjadwalan team Field Engineer terhadap kendala yang harus dilakukan on site ke pelanggan
- Membuat daily report untuk tertib administrasi
- Monitoring kontrol terhadap alert layanan baik secara system atau manual check
- Melakukan proses backup dan testing terhadap system yang ada
- Membuat service catalogue terhadap layanan Cloud dan System Apps
- Melakukan dan membantu pengembangan terhadap cakupan produk cloud dan system apps baik berdasarkan kendala berulang, penambahan fitur atau peningkatan performa layanan.
