Kami adalah Perusahaan besar di bidang Distribusi Alat Kesehatan membutuhkan _**Assistant to Director**_ yang berdedikasi dan terorganisir untuk mendukung Direktur dalam menjalankan tugas sehari-hari. Posisi ini akan bertanggung jawab untuk mengelola komunikasi, koordinasi, dan berbagai tugas administratif, serta memastikan kelancaran operasional kantor.
**Tanggung Jawab Utama**:
- Menyusun dan mengelola jadwal harian Direktur, termasuk pertemuan, rapat, dan perjalanan dinas.
- Menyiapkan dan mengkoordinasikan dokumen, laporan, dan presentasi.
- Mengatur dan mengkoordinasikan acara atau kegiatan perusahaan sesuai dengan kebutuhan Direktur.
- Menjaga kerahasiaan informasi yang sensitif dan mendukung pengambilan keputusan strategis.
- Berperan sebagai penghubung antara Direktur dan tim manajemen lainnya.
- Membantu Direktur dalam pekerjaan _**Costing**_**.** Costing meliputi; perhitungan, analisa, dan pengendalian biaya produksi atau operasional.
**Kualifikasi**:
- Minimal S1 di bidang Administrasi Bisnis, Manajemen, atau bidang terkait.
- Pengalaman mínimal 2 tahun di posisi asisten eksekutif atau administratif.
- Keterampilan komunikasi yang baik, baik lisan maupun tulisan.
- Kemampuan organisasi dan manajemen waktu yang baik.
- Kemampuan bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim.
- Keahlian dalam menggunakan perangkat lunak kantor (MS Office, Google Workspace)
